Pastor Santos Lopez called to ask for materials to begin classes in his Church in San Pedro Sula. The Iglesia Bautista Fraternidad is ten years old. On a trip to San Pedro we give him his first courses. Pray for him and his students.
On June 2nd I will fly to Villahermosa, Mexico, to meet with twelve pastors who want to begin classes for their people. My return will be on June 7th.
On June 20th I will participate in a special service for the graduation of twelve students in Puerto Cortes, Honduras. Five of the students are pastors who plan to then begin classes in their respective churches.
The congregation in Calán, San Pedro Sula, now has four men who can preach. We teach classes two nights every other week. Freed from having to preach every other Sunday we can dedicate ourselves to the Santa Catarina and Maracía congregations. Pray God raises up national pastors for both of these congregations.
